To begin with, I am not an expert in cars, but I enjoy long drives. So when I got an invite from indiblogger to be a part of #hexaexperience center in Bangalore, I wanted to give it a try.
It was a three-day event organized at White Orchid, Manyata Tech Park, Nagavara, Bangalore from 23rd to 25th of December where one could register and have a first-hand experience of this vehicle on and off road. I visited hexa experience center on 24th of December.
Tata hexa is an upcoming big and bold model from Tata Motors which will be launched in January 2017. Recently, I have been hearing a lot of buzz about this upcoming vehicle. So I can say this article is a one-day #hexaexperience. comes with super exciting drive modes.
As soon as I entered the center, I noticed that the SUV itself was placed at the center and there were many people around it to have a closer look at the interiors, to understand the features of power-packed tata hexa and also to book their majestic tata hexa. It was a complete family event with the tata hexa car at the center. Along with the car, there was game zone, digital zone, music zone, pet care zone, food zone, chroma, etc so that the entire family can enjoy.
After taking a look indoors, we went to have a look at the outdoor section. The outdoor section contained an on-road and off-road section where the customers can get a real time experience of the majestic car. All cars provide an on-road experience, but this off-road experience exhibited by Tata was completely different.
There was a simulated terrain on an open space consisting of deep potholes or water pit, side gradients, uphill and downhill drive. The actual power of tata hexa was experienced during the off-road drive. During the off-road experience of tata hexa, we had a test engineer driving the car and he explained every detail of the car and the different modes during the drive. While I sat behind, it was very comfortable with a lot of leg space. This car can go up to 31 degrees of inclination.
On first look, you might feel that it is very similar to its predecessor, Aria with some facelift, but there is much more to add to the features. The vehicle comes with manual and automatic transmission mode with 6 speeds which is helpful for city traffic. The automatic transmission mode of hexa also comes with 5 different modes: Economy, sports, auto sensing, manual shift, and race car performance.
I really enjoyed the overall experience. The most impressive part of Tata Hexa is its elegant black interior. It is a utility vehicle and looks like a sports car. Tata hexa looked strong enough to meet the challenges. The car is smooth on higher speeds, comfortable through potholes, sturdy while off-driving. The things that interested me were automatic version, ambient mood lighting, alloy wheels and terrain management system.
It really gave me an Adrenaline pumping hexaexperience.
