Usually while making sharjah shake, I don’t add peanut chikki, but I saw it in one of the websites that adding peanut chikki gives a nice crunch. So this time, I added peanut chikki to the banana milkshake and believe me, it was super delicious. The addition of peanut chikki or kadala mittai is optional. You can make yummy sharjah banana milkshake without chikki.
It is a refreshing and filling milkshake recipe and a perfect one for kids. One main thing to be noted while making sharjah shake is that the milk used should be frozen milk. You can use milk cubes. I kept the milk in the freezer and then using a knife, cut it into pieces and add it to the blender. It gives you a thick milkshake.
