how to make sambaram recipe with step by step photos
1.Crush ginger, green chili and curry leaves using a mortar and pestle. You can also finely chop them. I usually prefer chopping them finely as it won’t be very spicy for kids.
2. Add curd, water, the crushed ginger, green chili, curry leaves, salt and mix well. This can be done using a traditional churner or using your mixer jar.
3. Leave it aside for 5 minutes so that the flavors get infused. You can also filter them if you don’t like the curry leaves, ginger and green chili inside your moru vellam
4. sambaram is ready to be served.
