Idli Varieties

Idli is a very popular South Indian breakfast item. Basic idli recipe uses rice and dal as the main ingredients. Idli's are considered to be a perfect healthy breakfast as it is easily digestible and can be had by people of all ages. It is often served with chutney, sambar and podi.
Idli can also be made with millets, oats, brown rice and so on. In this section, I will be compiling various idli varieties along with their step by step pics.
