In this gujrati thali, I have made easy gujrati recipes like dhokla, rotla, steamed rice, kadhi, batata nu shaak, sev tamatar nu shaak, green chutney, cabbage sambharo, gur papdi, and chaas.
Whenever we visit any restaurant, I love to have North Indian thali compared to the South Indian ones and always wanted to share thali recipes. Today, I had all the ingredients in my pantry and decided to make gujrati thali.
The main highlight of this thali is that all the recipes are no onion no garlic. And except potato, tomato and ginger there is no cutting or chopping involved. It took nearly two hours for me to prepare this thali. I wanted to make methi thepla instead of rotla, but methi was not available in my pantry and I didn’t want any last minute confusion. So made rotla instead.
With a little bit of preparation, gujrati thali can be easily prepared at home. I will try to share more thali recipes as when it is possible. Few recipes are not added. Will add them at the earliest.
