Mango season is here and I have dozens of mangoes in my refrigerator. I am finding ways to use them. So this time I am trying more and more mango recipes. After trying many recipes like mango mastani, mango jam, mango pavlova, mango ice cream, today I made this refreshing virgin mango mojito.

Mojito is an alcohol based drink made with a combination of lemon juice, mint leaves, and alcohol. There is a non-alcoholic version of the mojito, called as virgin mojito. Today, I am sharing virgin mango mojito recipe. With a combination of fresh ripe mango puree, mint leaves, and lemon, it is instantly refreshing and very addictive.
You can make mango mojito recipe using a muddler or a cocktail shaker or if you don’t have both, just use a spoon. Just crush the mint leaves and lemon wedges using the back of a wooden spoon.
The method of making mango mojito is very easy. For this, you can make use of fresh or canned mango puree. Since I have a lot of fresh mangoes, I have used fresh mango puree. To get a flavorful virgin mojito, don’t forget to use a good amount of lemon juice and fresh mint leaves. And if you are not fond of club soda, you can replace it with plain ice water. You can also make mango puree beforehand and add the rest of the ingredients just before serving.

- mango – 1 small (or 1/2 cup mango pulp)
- sugar – 2 tablespoons
- club soda – 1 cup
- ice cubes – few
- mint leaves – 10
- lemon wedges – 4
- mint sprigs – few
how to make mango mojito recipe
1.Wash, peel and chop the mangoes. Add the chopped mango pieces to a mixer jar along with sugar, and grind it to a smooth puree.
2. Now, take a serving glass. Add few mint leaves, and 2 – 3 lemon wedges. Muddle the lemon and mint using the back of a wooden spoon or using a muddler.
3. Now add 2 – 3 tablespoons of mango puree and stir well.
4. Top it with crushed ice cubes and club soda.
5. Serve with a slice of lemon and a mint sprig. mango mojito is ready. Serve immediately.
