Grind together coconut, jeera, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt in a
mixer. Add enough water and grind it
add the curd and grind it once more
a pan heat oil, add raw rice (You can see the raw rice puffing up)
splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chilly and curry leaves, saute for some

it. Switch off the stove.
