Ingredients
  • all purpose flour or maida - 1 and ¾ cup
  • cocoa powder - 4 tablespoons
  • baking powder - 2 teaspoons
  • baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • butter - 100 grams
  • condensed milk - 1 tin or 400 grams
  • vanilla essense - 1 and ½ teaspoons
  • milk - 1 cup
  • instant coffee powder - 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Method
  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade.
  2. Grease a baking tray. Dust it with flour. Keep aside.
  3. Into a bowl, add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, add butter. Beat well until soft.
  5. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  6. Add vanilla essence. Add milk and flour in batches. Keep whisking to avoid lump formation.
  7. Add instant coffee powder, mix well.
  8. Finally, add vinegar, quickly mix well.
  9. Pour the prepared cake mixture into a greased tray and cook for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Place it on a wire rank and allow it to cool.
  11. Upon cooling, remove the cake from the cake tin. Add an desired frosting on top to decorate the eggless condensed milk chocolate cake.
