  • instant coffee powder - 1 teaspoon
  • dates - 3 - 4
  • milk - 1 cup
  • vanilla essence - 3 - 4 drops
  • sugar or honey - 4 teaspoons
  • ice cubes - 3 - 4
  1. In a medium bowl, add instant coffee powder and pour ¼ cup of hot water over it.
  2. Stir it with a spoon until the coffee powder is dissolved completely. Allow it to cool.
  3. Add deseeded dates, ¼ cup of milk, sugar, and vanilla essence to a blender jar. Add brewed coffee and ice cubes.
  4. Blend until you get a smooth mixture. Once the mixture is smooth, add the remaining milk and blend until frothy.
  5. Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled garnished with crushed almonds and chocolate shavings.
