Ingredients
  • roasted gram dal or pottukadalai - 1 cup
  • sugar - ¾ cup
  • ghee - ¼ cup
  • milk - 2 tablespoons
  • cardamom powder - ¼ teaspoon
  • cashew nuts - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Method
  1. Add roasted gram to a mixer jar, grind to a smooth powder.
  2. Powder sugar.
  3. Add roasted gram powder and sugar into a bowl.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan.
  5. Add cashew nuts and fry till golden.
  6. Pour the hot ghee over the roasted gram powder.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of milk.
  8. Mix well.
  9. While the mixture is still warm, shape into ladoos.
