Today I am sharing another healthy Lunch box recipe. Today’s recipe is a paratha which is made with brown channa stuffing. Normally, I make aloo paratha, mooli paratha, or something else. Kids normally don’t prefer to take vegetables as such, but when stuffed in the form of parathas or koftas, they get interested. Any type of paratha is always welcomed with pleasure by my daughter and the lunch box comes empty. So today, I had some boiled channa with me which I had boiled for making kadala curry. So little I took it out and made this paratha. I packed this paratha with curd and carrots. Now to the recipe..
