1. In case you are making use of jack fruit bulbs, then you can cut the bulbs into small pieces, then pressure cook it for two whistles in medium flame or pressure cook it till it becomes oft.
2. Cool it, drain water and grind it to form a smooth paste.
3. In a pan add the melted and strained jaggery, and boil it for some time. Then add the ground jack fruit paste and mix it nicely with jiggery.
4. Now add the coconut milk, give it a stir and turn off the stove. Garnish it with fried coconut bits and cashew nuts.
