1. In a wide pan dry roast oats for about 3 – 4 minutes. Once done add the poha / aval and roast again for 1 minute. Allow it to cool and then grind it to a coarse powder. Keep it aside.
2. In the same pan add little oil, add the ingredients given under ‘for seasoning’ and sauté it for a few minutes.
